Precision Rimfire 22 Challenge July 8, 2018 |
Match day was very nice - not nearly as hot as it could be here in
July, and breezes off and on but nothing too bad for 22 shooting. Two things that were different this match - everyone got 5 points for free to make it come out to 100, but there were no extra rounds - one shot per target. Some excellent shooting this match from several people. Rob extended his Tactical division lead, and Joel Pendergraft (no relation at all) came out first in his first match with us, followed closely by Nate and Ashley - good shooting! Nine new challenge shooters this match, a couple of whom didn't realize what they were getting into, but they gave it a good try. I did get some pictures this match, thanks to a couple people that did photographer duty for me. I will upload some of them as soon as I get a chance. THANK YOU to everyone that helped with setup and teardown. None of the matches would be possible for me to do alone, and especially not this one. Course of FireVarmint division shoots all stages from the bench. [Tactical division positions in brackets].
* These stages are shot one shooter at a time, the others are all at the same time. |
