Preparing for a visit with Guests Scan the QR code above to start the check in process before arriving at the club. Each Guest will need to perform check in on their smart device. Once you pre-check in, the QR on your device must be scanned at the kiosk. Simply align the QR in the window on the kiosk and the system will check you in and print a Guest badge. If you don't have a device to check in with before heading to the club you can do all of it at the kiosk.
Contactless Check In at the DPRC Clubhouse If there's a line at the kiosk, Members and Guests can scan the QR code posted on either the bulletin board near the kiosk or the bulletin board where items for sale are posted to start checking in. Once you complete the process on your device, a QR code will be shown. Scan the QR code on your device at the kiosk to check in. Member Check In at the DPRC Clubhouse Members only need to check in when they are bringing guests to the club. Members select the Member Check In button on the kiosk. Fill in the information and click the check to move to the next screen. Once you’ve answered the questions and reached the Thank You screen, click the Blue Person at top right of the tablet. This will take it back to the check in menu and ready for the next person. No badges are printed for member check in. Members will receive an email receipt of their check in. Guest Check In at the DPRC Clubhouse Guest(s) select the Guest Check in button on the kiosk. Fill in the information and click the check to move to the next screen. Once you’ve answered the questions and reached the Thank You screen, a Guest badge will be printed. Once the badge prints, click the Blue Person at top right of the tablet. This will take it back to the check in menu and ready for the next person. Peel the backing off the badge and affix where it is visible. Guests will receive an email receipt of their check in with a QR code. Report an Issue at the DPRC Clubhouse The Report Issue button allows for anyone to report an item that needs attention. Fill in the information and click the check to move to the next screen. Once you’ve answered the questions and reached the Thank You screen, you’ll receive an email along with DPRC being notified of the issue. Check Out Members and Guests may optionally return to the kiosk to check out. Select the check out button. You can then type your name or tap the QR button to scan your guest badge. Guests can also use the email sent to them to check out. Members and Guests will automatically be checked out by the system each night.
