The NRA Basic Shotgun Shell Reloading Course teaches beginning reloaders the basic knowledge, skills, and attitude necessary to safely reload shotgun shells. This course is approximately 6 hours in length and is conducted in a classroom. Each student is taught how to reload safety; which casings (hulls) to use, how to interpret load data using a reloading manual, proper equipment required, and the shot-shell casing reloading process. Students will receive the NRA Guide to Reloading handbook, the Basic Reloading Student Exam, a course completion certificate, NRA Gun Safety Rules brochure, and a Course Evaluation form.

Teaching Lesson VII: Course Review and Examination
There are no prerequisites for this course. All reloading equipment, components, tools and materials will be provided for the class. Students will load 12 gauge shot shells using a MEC Sizemaster Reloading Press.
Class Hours: 9:00am to 4:00pm
