NC Concealed Carry Handgun (Starr) Range only

This is the class that is required in order to get your NC Concealed Carry Handgun Permit.

Classwork will be done from 8 to 12 at an offsite location. 

Range work will be done on DPRC Range 8 from 1PM to 5PM.

·There will be a minimum of 8 hours class time plus range qualification.
·At least 2 hours will be spent on the legal block of instruction.
·There will be a written test at the end of the instruction.
·Students must pass a shooting proficiency exam.
·Cost of class:  $100.00 (paid in advance).  CCH Class book is included.
·If you need to use my gun and ammo (22LR), there will be an additional $20.00 charge (paid in class).
·Upon successful completion of the CCH class, you will receive your CCH certificate which you will need to take to the sheriff in the county that you live in.  They will charge you around $90 to apply for your CCH permit.
·To sign up for this class, you can register online or contact the instructor
·Classroom instruction will be at an address in Chapel Hill which is about 20 min away from DPRC.  We will leave after lunch for the shooting qualification that will be held at DPRC.  You will need to bring your own lunch.
