This course teaches beginning re-loaders the basic knowledge, skills, and attitude to safely reload metallic cartridges. Course is 8 hours in length and is conducted in the DPRC clubhouse. Includes all books, materials and reloading components needed for the class. Students will receive the NRA Guide to Reloading handbook, the Basic Reloading Student Exam, a course completion certificate, NRA Gun Safety Rules brochure and NRA Marksmanship Qualification Program Booklet.

The proper operation & maintenance of reloading equipment
Requirements for a basic reloading bench
The Metallic Cartridge Reloading Process
The proper techniques used to reload metallic cartridges
Proper hygienic guidelines for handling lead & components
Practical Exercises
Set up & operate reloading equipment
Set up a reloading data log and labels
Reload (4) 9MM metallic cartridges
