The NRA Basics of Shotgun Shooting Course is a one day class, teaching the basics of using and maintaining shotguns.

Students will receive the NRA's Basics of Shotgun Shooting Handbook and certificate upon completion of the class.

All students will need:

• Shotgun in serviceable condition.  Loaners are available for a small fee.
• 50 Rounds of ammunition, number 7 or 8 game load
  
• Eye, and ear protection

For range portion of class please dress for outside weather.

Eligibility

Open to the public.  

This class is for law-abiding American Citizens; adults or mature teenagers.
